Arrival

We recommend that you check in at the Spa Reception 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to briefly discuss your treatment expectations and also give you ample time to prepare for your treatment and enjoy a hot shower. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatment.

Advance Booking

Advance booking is highly recommended to ensure your preferred time and treatments are available.

Age Requirement

The minimum age requirement for access to the Spa and Fitness Centre is 16. All ages are welcome to the pools. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or above. Children under 16 are restricted from entering the gym area at all times.

Cancellation

Please allow 3-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% charge. Cancellation or no show within 2 hours will incur a 100% charge. A credit card number is required at the time of booking to confirm your treatment.

Mobile Phone

Noise pollution adds to our everyday stress. Kindly turn off your mobile phone during your stay to ensure tranquility and total relaxation.

Cleanliness

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.

Group Arrangement

Spa services are available for group functions, including activity classes and a variety of treatments and services.

Health Conditions

Please notify our staff of any health condition, allergies or injuries at the time of reservation.

We regret that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables locked in your locker during your visit. For hotel guests, please secure all valuables in the in-room safe.

For all body massages, disposable underwear is provided along with bathrobe and towels.
